✅ Returns Eligibility
You may return a product under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is not a part of clearance, customized, or final sale items
📦 Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used or altered
- Sarees with fall/pico/stitching/customization
- Innerwear, blouses, or accessories
- Items bought during special discounts or offers (unless defective)
🔄 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
